The whole drama took place @ the popular Labaika Hostel which is just opposite my own Hostel, Miami Villa, Tanke Oke-Odo....Labaika's wife has been said to have slapped the girl named Desola, a 300L student (Full Name and department Hidden). It was reported that the woman saw Darasola washing her cloths in the kitchen, and she approached her. In a matter of time, the whole thing turned into a Mishmash. Slapping and Beating were the actions involved between the two females. Due to a drastic fingering by Desola on Labaika's wife (Landlady). This prompted her to call her husband on the phone to come to her rescue. I think the singer was very busy at that time. Instead of coming over to attend to his wife, he sent five thugs who has been said to have come with all sort of dangerous weapons and charms.
On getting to scene, and nobody to come to her rescue because it happened on a Wednesday, they started beating Darasola. The most painful part was that, she was stripped naked, as in naked!. After the whole beating Labaika later showed up with some policemen. All of them were escorted to the Police station. Darasola was taken to a nearby Hospital, and was earlier reported that she can hardly recognise her friends. Thank God she's now responding to treatment.
